v1 covers Korea: Seoul (Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon, Myeongdong, Hongdae, Gangnam, Itaewon, Han River, N Seoul Tower, Insadong, Dongdaemun), Busan (Haeundae, Gwangalli, Gamcheon Cultural Village, Jagalchi Market), and Jeju (Seongsan Ilchulbong, Hallasan, Olle Trails, Hyeopjae Beach, Manjanggul). Gyeongju, Jeonju, Gangneung, Sokcho, Andong, plus Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Taipei arrive in v1.1.
v1 launches in Korean and English. Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese arrive in the v1.1 update, planned for early summer 2026. The website itself already supports all five.
Yes. v1.1 will support exporting itineraries to Apple Calendar via EventKit. Local reminders for meal times, transit, and check-ins arrive in v1.2 using UserNotifications. Apple Maps integration for directions is also planned for v1.2. All of these run on-device, so privacy is preserved.
Android arrives in v1.1 or later, after we incorporate iOS feedback. The Android code is already prepared and currently held back behind a runtime guard.
On iPhone 15 Pro and later, Apple Intelligence is built into iOS, so no additional model download is required. On earlier supported devices, a 700 MB model is downloaded once on first launch. Wi-Fi is recommended.
We have committed to no advertising, no subscriptions, and no data collection. The one-time charge of three dollars covers ongoing development. Beta participants will keep the app free for life as a thank-you.
No. Once the model and city data are downloaded on first launch, the app operates entirely offline. Recommendations, replanning, and itinerary generation all run on-device. Roaming and eSIM are optional.
Place data combines Foursquare Open Source Places (global coverage) with Kakao Local for Korean cities (Korean-language names, addresses, ratings). Updated monthly. Operating hours and prices are best-effort and should be confirmed for time-sensitive decisions.
All trip data, itineraries, expenses, and conversations stored on your device are removed. The optional anonymous statistics identifier is regenerated on reinstall. Your email, if you provided one, can be removed via the unsubscribe link in any email you have received.
